Current Research Projects
The CPN recognises research and practice development as crucial to the articulation and ongoing development of psychiatric nursing. This principal has guided the development of a number of research projects as listed below. The most important aspect of our research is that it originates from, and directly impacts on, clinical practice. Some of our research results in the establishment of Clinical Practice Guidelines or Evidence Summaries. As the Centre is becoming more established, research projects are increasingly being conducted in collaboration with clinicians. Partnerships with clinicians are central to our research agenda.Research Projects
