Victorian Collaborative Psychiatric Nursing Conference
This exciting annual 2 day conference is hosted by the Centre for Psychiatric Nursing, The Australian College of Mental Health Nurses (Vic Branch), The Health & Community Services Union and the Australian Nursing Federation (Vic Branch).
The aim of this conference is to focus on the practice of psychiatric nursing and how this practice contributes to better health outcomes for the consumers of mental health services. The focus of the program is on clinical practice and related issues.
The conference also encourages and supports first time presenters to present what is happening in their clinical practice, allowing them to contribute to the promotion & advancement of psychiatric nursing practice.
Conference presenters are entitled to a discounted registration fee. If your are a presenter for the current years conference please, email us for the current years presenter registartion form.
The conference is held at Moonee Valley Race Course, in the suburb of Moonee Ponds close to Melbourne's CBD and is well serviced by public transport. Ample free parking is available on site at the conference venue. Various accomodation options are available in the area or you may wish to stay in the Melbourne CBD, and commute by taxi or tram to the venue.

How to Register
Conference registrations for the 2010 Conference will not be available until February 2010.
To register for the conference, print off a copy of the registration form below, complete the required details and fax the registration form to us. If you are paying by credit card, please complete the relvant section of the registration form, or if you are paying by cheque or money order, please attach your payment to the registration form and mail it to us.
If your employer is paying for your conference registartion, please note that once filled out, the registation form is a tax invoice and can be forwarded to your employers finance department for payment.
Early Bird Registrations will close on Friday 28th May 2010, and all Registrations close on Friday 16th July 2010.
Your registration will be processed and a registration confirmation letter and a receipt for your payment will be emailed to you.
Please note that your correct legible email address is required on your registration form and payment must be made by the early bird closing date to receive the dicounted rate. If your employer is paying for your registartion, you will need to ensure that your employers payment is made either by the early bird closing date to receive the discounted rate, or by the conference registration closing date to be registered for the conference.(Dates noted above)
If you think you have registered, and you have not received an emailed letter of confirmation of registration you may not be registered and will need to contact us on 03 8344 9626 to confirm your registration.
Please note that as the last two conferences have been sell outs, it is recommended you complete & pay for your registration early to ensure you do not miss out.
